  1. Take grated carrot in a bowl mix all ingredients well

  3. 1 tbsp Salt
  4. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Tampering
  7. 1 tsp Urad dal
  8. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  9. 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  10. 4 tsp curry leaves
  11. 2 Red chillies
  12. 2 tbsp Oil
  13. pinch Asafoetida
