  4. 1/2 onion
  5. 1 tbsp flax seeds
  6. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  7. dressing
  8. juice of 2 limes
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  11. 1 tsp salt and pepper
