Potato muffins

Boil and mash the potatoes

Beat the eggs and mix all dry ingredients and mix

Now mix mashed potatoes chicken mince capcicum and onion

Add grated cheese and pizza sauce and mix nicely

Now put the mixture into muffin cups and bake it for 25 min

When muffin is baked put sum pizza sauce and grated cheese on the top of muffin and bake it again for 5 min

Serve hot with tomato katchup
