Potato Wafers Recipe

Take potatoes of good quality.peel them and wash them.keep a grater on a bowl full of water and make the chips by using it.wash the chips properly to remove the starch.

Put the washed chips on a cotton cloth and wipe it with another cotton cloth to dry the chips for 20 minutes.

Then fry the chips on medium flame until they become crispy.

Then keep the fried for cooling down and then put some salt,red chilli powder,chaat msala,black pepper powder and oregano in the chips

In this way, crispy chips will get ready.
