Step:
Take a mixing bowl, add millet flour, pinch of salt,2 tbsp ghee and mix well. Knead a soft dough using warm water.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 mins. Now make three equal portions of it. Roll them to thick rotis using some flour for dusting. Roast the rotis well from both the side. First on tawa then direct on the flame.
Now cool the rotis completely. Break them into pieces and grind to a fine powder in a grinder. Take a heavy bottom wok, heat it and roast this powder again for 5 mins so if any rawness left goes off. Turn the flame off and cool completely.
When CHurma powder gets completely cool, add sugar powder, ghee, chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well it’s your hands.
Now take small portions in hand and knead laddoos it’s your palms. And the very delicious and healthy Millet churma laddoos are ready to go in. We can store them in an airtight container for 8-10 days.
