Step:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water and make a lump free smooth batter. Dip the Chocolate Cream Biscuit (any) in the batter and drop them in hot oil.

  2. Fry both sides until golden brown and take it out.

  4. Note: I have used Bourbon.. You can use your favourite.

  1. 3 tbsp all- purpose Flour/Maida
  2. 1 tbsp Rice Powder
  3. 1 tbsp Gram Flour /Besan
  4. 1 pinch Salt
  5. 1 pinch Baking Soda
  6. 1 tsp powdered Sugar
  7. As needed Water
  8. As needed Oil for deep frying
