Preheat oven at 180C or preheat Cooker or kadahi.
Grease and line tin with parchment paper. I have used 6*6square tin and brownie tin. You can use any tin you have, just make sure it's not very small.
Mix all ingredients except ENO and lime juice.
Just before putting in tin greased tin add eno and Sprinkle lime juice over it.
Mix well. Do not overbeat. Transfer the batter in tin and bake at 180C for 15-20min. Every oven is different. Cook in Cooker or kadahi as you bake cake.Once it's done just check with a tooth pick and it shd come out with some crumbs and not all clean as cake. Cool on wire rack and then chill slab of brownie in fridge and then cut into pieces chilling will give you clean brownie pieces. Always use muffin liners if using brownie tray.
