Step:
(Chocolate Sponge):- Take a bowl and mix the sugar and Curd add oil mix nicely add milk, vanilla essence mix well.
Take another bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking Powder mix well and Sift this dry mixture into the wet ingredients in small batches.
Folding it in after each batch, Don’t over mix, just gently fold the mixture.
Grease cake tin Pour the batter in the greased tin and place the tin on pre heated kadhai covered and bake.
Bake the cake in kadhai. For 35 minutes.
Let the cake cool for 15-20 minutes and then transfer to a plate or cutting board. Next we have to make layers of the chocolate sponge cake by cutting them in 2 round shapes.
Take liquid whipped cream beat for 10 minutes till whipped. Soak cake with water. Take whipped cream in a bowl add chopped mangoes mix it.
Spread into the cake sliced. Crumble coating done. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Than coat with whipped cream.
Take small bowl add 1 tbsp neutral gel 1-2 tsp water and orange cake colour mix well. Pour top of the cake spread with spatula. Take nozzle make borders.
Garnish with mango & Dust powdered yellow cake colour.
