Step:

  1. Take a pan add tomatoes, cashews, cinnamon stick, cardamoms,cloves,ginger garlic paste pour water and cook covered until tomatoes soft. Cool this and blend.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf and saute. Add onion fry until they turn completely golden. Add blend mixer mix very well. Add green chilli and all the spices cook for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Add crumble chesse and cottage cheese cubes.

  4. Cook for 5-8 minutes add fenugreek leaves garnish with cream.

  5. Serve hot with naan or rice.

  1. To boil and blend
  2. 3 large chopped Tomatoes
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 8-10 cashews
  5. 1-2 cinnamon stick
  6. 4 cardamoms
  7. 4 cloves
  8. 4 dry red chilli
  9. 1-2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  10. For the gravy
  11. 2 tbsp oil
  12. 1 bay leaf
  13. 1 large onion chopped
  14. to taste Salt
  15. 1-2 green chilli slit
  16. 3/4 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  18. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  19. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  20. 1 tsp cream for garnish
  21. 1 cup cottage cheese
  22. 1 cup crumbled cheese
