Step:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.

  2. In a large bowl mix sugar,butter,vanilla essence,coffe powder and mix them well.till fluffy.

  3. Add other all dry ingredient and make a dough.

  4. Make small cookies of the dough and place them on backing tray.

  5. Bake them in pre heated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 25mins aur till done.

  6. Take them out enjoy it with milk.

  7. Store it in air tight container.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  2. 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 cup Butter
  4. 3/4 cup Castor sugar
  5. 1 1/3 cups Refined flour
  6. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  7. 1/4 tsp Salt
  8. 1 1/2 tbsp Coffee powder
  9. 1 tsp Vanilla essence
