Step:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil on a pan.

  2. Add ground pork and cook until brown (about 10 mins).

  3. Add broth, tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes more.

  4. Add potatoes and carrots and cook for about 10 mins.

  5. Add fish sauce and pepper.

  6. Stir well for about 5 mins.

  7. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!

  1. 3/4 kg pork giniling
  2. 1 cup pork broth
  3. 1 medium sized onion
  4. 5 cloves garlic
  5. 7 pcs tomato
  6. 2 medium sized potato cubed
  7. 1 medium sized carrot cubed
  8. 3 tbsp cooking oil
  9. 1 tbsp fish sauce
