Step:
In a pan heat Ghee or Butter and roast the dry fruits well. Drain and keep aside. To the same pan add the flour and keep stirring it until a nice aroma emanates in your kitchen. Keep stirring it and do not over roast it.
Make a single string consistency sugar syrup and add the flour to it along with the dry fruits and vanilla essence or the rose in two different pans dividing the mix into two. Add Cocoa powder to one part. Divide the syrup also accordingly in both. Keep stirring it and mixing it until it becomes thick. It will get thicker as it cools down.
Transfer both to a greased dish and let it cool for say around 15 to 20 minutes or a little more. Place these 2 layers one above the other. Cut into desired shapes and serve. Enjoy!
