Step:

  1. Split a English muffin in half....toast until golden brown.

  2. Spoon tomato sauce onto each toasted muffin.

  3. Arrange your favorite topping onto each muffin, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and herbs.

  4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.(approx 10-15 min)

  5. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg English muffins
  2. 1 jar tomato sauce
  3. 1 pkg shredded cheese
  4. Fresh herbs (basil or oregano)
  5. Toppings: Italian sausage, peppers, onions, olives, pepperoni, pineapple, ham or bacon
