Step:

  1. Add custard powder in a bowl. Pour 4tbsp milk and mix well. The mixture has to be smooth without lumps

  2. Add sugar and milk to a pan. Begin to heat on a medium flame.

  3. When the milk turns hot, add custard milk in 3 batches. Mix well and incorporate the custard milk.

  4. Stir well as it continues to boil. With in few minutes, the mixture turns thick. Turn off the stove.

  5. Whisk the mixture well to smooth the custard. Cover it immediately with a lid otherwise a layer forms on custard. When it cools down, keep in fridge until chilled.

  6. Now wash and cut (bite sized) your favorite fruits. Here I have used grapes, apple, pomegranate, mango, kiwi, chikoo and banana.

  7. Now add these fruits in a serving bowl, add smooth chilled custard & garnish it with mixed chopped dry fruits.

Ingredients

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 4 tbsp custard powder
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup mix Fruits
  5. handful dry fruit (chopped)
