Mango pie

Grind the biscuits in a blender add the crushed biscuits pour melted butter and mix well in a cake pan add the biscuit mixture then flatten to form the base set aside and place in the freezer

Whip the rip him cream and when stiff peaks form gradually add Condensed milk continue to mix in lowest hand mixer.remove the cake pan from the freezer

Then pour of the cream mixture,mango puree and then top with a layer of mango slices refrigerate the mango pie overnight to set completely before serving
