Step:
In a pan, heat oil and saute some garlic at first. Followed by sliced onion. Next, add the mince and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on a low heat.
Now add the chopped veggies. Stir fry them on a low to medium flame by stirring occasionally. Add the rest of the spices too.
Do not cook much. It should be stir fried and take care that it should not be mushy. The veggies should retain the crunch. Sprinkle garam masala on top and garnish with chopped coriander. Squeeze some lemon juice too.
Allow to cool down a bit and then fill a tablespoon of this mix in the centre of the pastry sheet squares and close it shaping like a triangle. Press the edges firmly and using a fork give it a nice design on them.
Give them all an egg wash and sprinkle some black seeds on top. Bake in a preheated fan assisted oven on the last rack on 180 for about 25 minutes. Serve hot with garlic sauce or ketchup.
