Step:
Heat oil and roast the vadis in the oil till it gets nice golden brown colour.
Keep the vadis aside and in the same oil do the tempering with cumin seeds. When the seeds change colour add the chopped onions and saute till they turn light pink.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder to it. Also add the ginger, green chillies and garlic paste.
Now add the tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.
Add some water and add the roasted vadis. Let the vadis cook properly.
Before serving add fried papad to the sabji. Have added the papad directly in the platter since if you add it beforehand it becomes soft and wouldn't like it's taste.
Guvar sing nu shaak (cluster beans sabji)- Heat oil in the pressure pan. Add mustard seeds and methi dana. After they crackle add carom seeds, all the dry masalas and the ginger-garlic-green chilli paste. Add cluster beans and potato. Add Salt and little milk. Mix well add let it cook for 1 whistle and 5 mins on simmer.

1 cup moong vadis
2-3 roasted papads
2 small onions finely chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste (all equal amounts)
