Step:
Strain the water from soaked red chori beans, wash and diced Potatoes. Now take the cooker on Medium flame. Add oil, mustard seeds,let it crackled. Add Carrom seeds, asafoetida.
Now add chopped onions, saute it till golden. Now add green chillies garlic ginger paste, saute it for a min. Now add chopped tomatoes. Saute and cook till it get mashy.
Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriandor cumin powder, garam masala. Mix it well.
Let oil get released, now add diced Potatoes, and red chori beans.
Add salt and water. Mix it all well. Taste it and adjust the taste according to urself. Close the lid of cooker and get 5 whistle. After off the flame and let cooker get cool down.
Open the cooker, mix the sabji well. Will see the texture of the sabji is very creamy. Adjust the gravy according sprinkle coriandor leaves and serve with roti, Parathas and rice. I served with Bepadi roti(recipe uploaded) and Aamras with homemade pickles.

3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Carrom seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriandor cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 cup water
As needed Chopped coriander
