First in a small cup add corn flour and1/4cup milk, stir to mix well.
Crush the 19 oreo cookies, roughly Crush it by roller then keep it aside.
Heat milk in a pan and let it come to a boil, now add cornflour mixture and stir continuously for 2 to 3 min and switch off the heat let the mixture cool completely.
In a blender jar put cream, prepared milk mixture, vanilla extract, condensed milk,peanut butter and blend it becomes smooth texture now transfer then in to a big mixing bowl.
Next add crushed cookies reserve some crushed cookies for garnishing and mix it well everything Using by whisk.
Pour the icecream mixture in a freezer proof container or box.
Cover the container tightly with a lid.
Next freeze for at atleast overnight or 9 hours.
Once set then serve the oreo icecream scoops topped with remaining crushed cookies chocolate chips and oreo cookies.
