In a bowl add all-purpose flour, add baking powder, baking soda sieve all the ingredients. Now add powdered sugar and pinch of salt mix it well. Cake premix is ready.
Now add oil, vanilla essence mix it well. Add milk and mix it cold fold method. Now prepare pourable consistency batter. Do not keep the batter for a long time.
Now take a heavy based sauce pan, grease pan with oil. Dust with all-purpose flour. Now transfer mix into the sauce pan. Tap to remove air bubbles.
Take a heavy based tawa and let it heat for 7-8 minutes. Place the saucepan on the tawa cover with glass lid properly. Bake on medium flame for 40-50 min. After 40-50 min, check with a toothpick if the cake is baked perfectly.
Let it cool for 10 mins. Insert knife and separate edges.place a plate and de mould cake by tapping. The cake is ready. Now cut the cake from center. Apply sugar syrup evenly.
Apply whipped cream with the help of knife. Cover the cake with cream place the doll on top make a dress of various colors with the help of small star nozzle and decorate with choco chips.
