Step:

  1. Peel bottle gourd.then roughly chop.now cook in pressure cooker.dont add water in bottle gourd.take 2whistles.

  2. Heat ghee.add boiled bottle gourd.stir and mash with masher.then add milk made,milk powder, Cardamom powder.mix well.

  3. Cook until jalwa get thickness then add,green colour, chopped almonds.cool down it.then serve. garnish with whip cream

  1. 500 gram Bottle gourd
  2. 1/4 Cup Ghee
  3. 1/4 cup Milkmaid
  4. 7-8 chopped Almonds
  5. 1/3 cup Milk powder
  6. 1 spoon Cardamom powder
  7. Pinch green colour
  8. Whip cream as required
