Step:
Make a smooth and a fluffy batter using water as required. Do not add much of it. It is important. Otherwise the Onion Fritters will not come out good. Onions have a tendency of leaving water, therefore there is no need to add more of it.
Deep fry them in hot Oil on a medium high heat dropping small balls of the batter. Keep changing the sides while frying for an evenly done Bhajiye. Serve with any Chutney of your choice or good old Kissan Tomato Ketchup with a generous sprinkle of Chat Masala. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 cup Gram Flour or Besan
3-4 Onions thinly sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/8 tsp Asafoetida
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin powder roasted
1 tsp Coriander powder roasted
1/2 of a small bunch of Coriander Leaves finely chopped
Water as required
Oil for frying as required
1 tsp Chat Masala
