Box patties Samosa

In a bowl mix patties ingredients and keep it aside

Samosa dough knead tight dough,rest in for 30mins

Dust some flour on the surface with roll pin given oval shape then with cutter cut rectangle shape then cut the rectangle shape in to 2 parts.put it in + shape,now put the pattie in the middle, then kneat it like basket pattern,then apply flour paste

Heat oil,fry on medium flame.Ready to serve with chutney or ketchup
