Step:
First, boil the chaap when it is soft drain from the water and wash with water then remove the sticks and cut into pieces
Heat a oil and fry all the chaap.
Take a bowl add curd besan and cream mix it well then add all the spices and food colour mix well then add chaap and mix well then marinate the chaap for 30 minutes in the fridge
Then take a pan apply butter and add cheap one by one when colour changes flip.
Chaap is ready take a bowl add chaap and cream and onion and capsicum mix well serve hot.
