Step:

  1. Grate 1 small Carrot into a coffee cup. Add Butter and microwave for 1 minutes. This cooking process will make the grated Carrot sweet.

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Cover with a small plate and cook for 1 minute or until cooked. Sprinkle with extra Cinnamon and enjoy. *Note: I used 1100W microwave.

Ingredients

  1. 1 small Carrot *grated (about heaped 1/4 cup)
  2. 1 tablespoon (15 g) Butter
  3. 1 tablespoon Sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon Sultanas OR Raisins
  5. 4 tablespoons Self-Raising Flour *if you use Plain Flour, add 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  6. 3 tablespoons Milk
  7. Ground Cinnamon as required
