Step:

  1. On a pan heat oil saute onion and garlic. Then add tomato, basil, oregano, pepper, salt and sugar. Bring it to simmer until water evaporates. Lastly add cooking cream and cook for another 5 mins. Ready to be served with any type of pasta. You may add salmon or even chicken to it.

Ingredients

  1. Half Onion chopped
  2. 1 Garlic minced
  3. 1 tbsp dried Basil
  4. 1/4 tsp oregano
  5. 1/8 tsp pepper
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 2 tbsp olive oil
  9. 3 tomato blended (suppose to be canned italian tomato but i didnt have)
  10. 170 ml Cooking cream
