Step:
Soak daal mash for 2hr and make a thin and very fine paste of it by very Little amount of water.
In besan add this daal paste and all ingredients, and make this into semi hard paste, cover it up and keep it for 1/2 hr.
After 1/2 hr, take this dough and divide it into two equal parts by means of a greased hand. Give it a log shape and by the help of a knife cut it into wallnut size pieces (pairre).
Make these small balls very thin by means of a rolling pin, it in case it's getting stuck to your rolling pin you can use beasn to ease your process & to eradicate this problem.
After this, fry them into medium hot oil. Let them come to room temperature, and then store them in an air tight jar.
