Step:
Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger and Green chillies. Fry for a minute. Then add Bengal Gram and both Coconut and Coriander leaves. Roast all of that on a low heat for about 3-4 minutes. Let it cool before blending it to a smooth paste. Don't forget to add in Lemon juice and Salt before blending. Serve it with Idlis, Dosas, Mysore Bondas, Pakoras, Medu Vadas and Uttappams. Enjoy!
A chutney or an accompaniment to a variety of food in our country. Simple and flavourful with freshly grated coconut and coriander greens. It goes well with many a popular South Indian dishes and even with lipsmacking array of chaats. It is therefore totally a bliss. It compliments every dish with grace. Happy Blending !
