Step:
First, prepare dough. Take wheat flour. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and carom seeds. Mix well. Add oil, mix well and knead dough with enough water. Cover and keep aside.
In a pressure cooker heat oil. Add mustard seeds and carrom seeds. When crackles add asafoetida, dry red chillies and curry leaves. Then add chopped guvar and raw peanuts.saute for a while.
Now add approximate 2-2&1/2 glass of water. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder and jaggery. Add left over dal if you have otherwise don't add.
Let it boil. Meanwhile prepare equal size big balls from dough. Roll out big thin rotis from them and cut into squares.
Add into boiling mixture. Mix it. Close the lid of cooker and cook until 2-3 whistles. Allow it to cool down for sometimes. Then release the pressure and open the cooker. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Delicious guvar dhokli is ready to serve. Serve with masala bhakhri and onion.
Note:- you can make masala bhakhri from the same dough.

100 grams guvar
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon carrom seeds (ajwain)
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
2 dry red chillies
Few curry leaves
1 tablespoon raw peanuts
to taste Salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon dhania jeera powder
1 tablespoon jaggery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
3/4-1 cup leftover dal (optional, if you have)
For dough:-
2 cups wheat flour
to taste Salt
3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon carrom seeds
3-4 teaspoon oil
