Firstly, pre-heat the cooker by adding half kg salt, place a stand by removing gasket and pressure on a low flame. In a mixer blend milk, sugar and ghee. You can use flavoured milk, it adds to the taste.
In a bowl, add rawa, blended mixture, curd, baking soda and vanilla extract. I used a chocolate flavoring agent as I did not have vanilla essence. Beat it nicely without any lumps.
Grease a cake tin, transfer the mixture to the cake tin and add ghee fried dry fruits as topping. Place it in a cooker and cook it for 45 minutes on a low flame.
