Step:

  1. Boil soaked chole in a cooker for 5 whistles, in the same cooker, put oil when heating put onions paste (whole garam masala and garlic pods), saute till it becomes brownish, then put ginger garlic paste, then put tomatoes puree mix with green chillies and put all spices including salt.

  2. Then put boil chola, stir for few minutes and then put cream and cover the cooker for 2 whistles and garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi and chola masala.

  3. For Batora: Make Dough of all Mixture of aata(Maida, suji, curd, salt, grated boil aloo, oil) and cover the Dough for 20 minutes and make shape of Puri and fry till pinkish brown.

  1. 250 gms Chola(wash and ni soak for 4/5 hours
  2. 4 Medium sized Onions
  3. 5 big tomatoes
  4. 4 Medium sized green chillies
  5. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 10 garlic pods
  7. Few Cashews and little coconut
  8. As required Oil
  9. 1 tbsp Cream
  10. For Bhatura-
  11. 2 small Boiled potatoes
  12. 1/4 cup Suji
  13. 4 cups Maida
  14. 2 tsp Curd
  15. As per taste Salt
  16. As required Oil
  17. 1 each Whole garam masala powder
  18. As per taste All spices
