Step:

  1. Make a smooth and fluffy batter with all the ingredients mentioned using as little water as possible. Cover it and leave it aside for a good 20 minutes. In the meantime, heat oil on a low heat.

  2. Use your hands to mix the batter. This results in a fluffy batter and the results will be awesome. The heat of your palms does wonders. So use your hands whenever the need arises. Remember to clean them thoroughly before you proceed.

  3. Deep fry small roundels in hot Oil on a medium-high heat until golden brown and done. Crispy, Crunchy and delicious Pakoras are ready to be enjoyed with your loved ones and friends alike. I have served it with Mint, Sesame seeds and Raw Mango Chutney. Enjoy!

  1. 5 Onions thinly sliced
  2. 1 Cabbage medium sized shredded
  3. 1 tbsp Salt
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 2 finely chopped Green chillies
  9. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  10. 1/8 tsp Asafoetida
  11. 1 cup Gram Flour or Besan
  12. 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  13. 1 pinch Baking soda
