Step:

  1. Set oven to 400. Mix all wet ingredients together

  2. Add dry ingredients and mix too well blended

  3. Grease a 12 count muffin tin. Pour batter equally into each spot. Bake for 18-20 min. They freeze well if you want to! They keep for 3-4 days out of the fridge in a closed container

  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  5. 1 1/3 cup almond flour
  6. 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or cupcake batter flavored)
  7. 1/2 cup heavy or lite cream
  8. 1 tsp baking powder
  9. Dark chocolate chips to put on top
