Step:
Mix dry ingredients well add oil, yogurt and butter then mix well
Bind to soft dough using warm milk
Keep in a big bowl and cover with cling film
Let it fully rise punch back and knead to smooth dough, mould in buns
Make three portions of the dough, from this one portion make three or four balls
If you want to put butter, follow this: Dust working table and roll each ball into rectangular roti
Take a teaspoon of butter and spread in centre, from one lenghtwise end to the other, fold in like swissroll and make long tube
When three or four tubes done, plait them up put the ends underneath so it does not open
Keep on greased tray, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame (can use colored ones if you want)
Let it rise then bake in oven on 200C till top crisped up (browned up)
11) If you want crispy bread crust, before putting bread in oven keep ice cubes and water in metal bowl, this will cause steam in the oven and your bread will have crispy crust
NB: If you do not want to put butter can skip the applying butter part and just make three or four long tubes and plait them up
