Step:

  1. Sieve the all-purpose flour. And add semolina to it.

  3. Now add sugar and mix it well again.

  4. Soak the saffron in little warm milk. Add this mixture to the paste and also add remain mix and mix it continues til the soft batter is formed.

  5. Cut all dry fruits into small pieces and put into the batter and mix well.

  6. Lastly add pinch of baking soda and mix well.

  7. Keep it as it is at least 4 hours or you can keep overnight.

  8. After that heat oil in a walk. And put little portion of this to oil and cook it on low flame from both sides.

  9. When it get cooked remove it from oil and keep on a absorbent paper to remove extra oil. Malpua is ready.

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup semolina
  3. 11/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup dry coconut
  5. 1/2 cup almonds
  6. few raisins
  7. 10-12 strands saffron
  8. Pinch baking soda
  9. 2 cups milk
  10. as required Oil for frying
