For oats soya chaap see my previous recipe please. First mix all the marination ingredients and marinade the chaaps and keep the marinated chaaps in fridge for 4-5 hours to properly marinade.
When ready make a slurry batter with cheakpea flour (ingredients listed above). Dip the marinated chaaps in the batter and coat with flakes and soya chunk powder and keep it aside to set.
Now fry them until golden brown.
Soya chaap fry is ready.
Ingredients
Soya chaap marination
3-4 Oats soya chaap (see my previous recipe)
1/4 cup Curd
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic green chili paste
Salt as per taste
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
2 tablespoon Coriander leaves grated
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (optional)
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Batter preparation
2 tablespoon Besan or cheakpea flour
as needed Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
as needed Water
Coating
as needed Soya chunk powder (crushed)
as needed Ragi flakes or corn flakes (crushed)
