Step:

  1. Boil the frozen chap sticks to help soften them up. Once boiled let them cool down and cut into small pieces. Deep fry these chap pieces in oil, till golden brown.

  2. For tadka take pan, add oil in it. Once heated add cumin seeds. You can add more khada masala to it if you want. Saute onions, capsicum and tomatoes in it. Then add turmeric, salt, chilli powder and Coriander powder in it. Cook for two minutes then add the fried chap to it. Mix it well and add 2 spoon of water and cover the pan with a lid. Cook with lid on for 10 minutes on medium flame. Once done serve it with chapati or parathas of your choice. Or just enjoy it as a snack.

  1. 2 chap sticks
  2. as needed Oil for frying
  3. Chilli tadka
  4. 1 capsicum sliced
  5. 1 onion sliced
  6. 1 tomato chopped
  7. 2 spoon oil
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/3 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  13. 2 tsp ketchup
  14. 2 tbsp water
