  3. 2 medium potatoes chopped
  4. 2 tsp coriander powder
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 2 pints hot water
  7. 2 chicken stock cubes
  8. 2 tbsp oil for frying
  9. to taste Salt and pepper
