Step:

  1. Place pastry on a lined baking tray

  2. Then put a 1/2 cup of the meat sauce on the pastry creating 6 sections

  3. Top each mixture with cheese

  4. Place the other pastry ontop and slice the sections out to have 6 individuals tarts

  5. Press the pastry closed with a fork brush with beaten egg

  6. Bake until Brown and around 30-35 mins....enjoy

  1. 2 defrosted shop bought shortcrust pastry
  2. 3 cups left over meat sauce
  3. 1 egg beaten for wash
  4. 6 slices gouda cheese
