Step:

  1. Dice the potatoes, chop the cabbage, brown the beef, add seasonings and the tomatoes. Stir everything together.

  2. Add red wine to the stirred up cabbage mixture. Simmer on low heat 30 minutes covered then stir in the red wine vinegar and adjust seasonings. Stir again cover let rest 15-20 minutes covered. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!

  2. 1 pound ground sirloin
  3. 1-1/4 pound savory cabbage
  4. 14 ounces diced tomatoes
  5. 2 teaspoon granulated onion powder
  6. 1-1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  7. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  8. 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  9. 2/3 cup red wine
