Step:
In a nonstick pan dry roast the sesame seeds till it leaves nice fragrance. Remove in a bowl and let it cool
In the same pan melt the clarified butter and add jaggery to it.
Heat till the jaggery melts properly.
When the jaggery melts well in the ghee add the roasted sesame seeds.
Switch off the gas and mix everything well.
When the mixture you can hold in hand make the laddus out of it. Don't let the mixture become very cool.
