Step:
Roast all the dry fruits in ghee on a low flame until done. Do not over roast them. Roast only slightly until aromatic and a bit crisp.
Let cool before grinding. But grind it coarsely. Do not grind to a fine powder. Chop dry dates as desired and mix in it. Store this in an airtight container and serve with a hot cup of milk every day to your family for a healthy start of the day.
