Step:
Take 1 cup of leftover khichdi in a mixing bowl.
With a potato masher, smash khichdi coarsely.
Add in spices like crushed cumin-coriander seeds, pomegranate seeds, chilli flakes and salt.
Add in 1 cup of wheat flour.
With the help of little water, make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll each ball into a little thick chapati.
Roast it with little oil in a hot griddle until golden brown.
Similarly, roast all the parathas into golden brown.
Serve hot with some yoghurt or pickle.

1 cup leftover khichdi
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin-coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
Salt as required
Olive oil to roast the parathas
