  5. 2 packages (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  6. 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  7. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 4 eggs
  9. Olive oil cooking spray
  10. Marinara sauce
