Step:

  1. Peel ur yam wash and cut it than add sugar and water and boil

  3. Add little oil add tomatoes and red pepper and oil stir fry add maggi,curry,black pepper and stir than break egg and add in the sauce cover for about 3min than stirred and allow it for 2min than serve
