Step:
Soak all daal for 5hrs or overnight. Then grind with one spoon curd.
Let it ferment for 8 hours. Add oil, chilli and garlic paste,turmeric, salt, and eno. Mix it well. Dhokla batter is ready.
Steam for 15 mins.
For tadka, take a pan and put some oil. Once hot add mustard and cumin seeds. Immediately after spread over dhokla.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Note-Amount of daal will be of your preference, make sure the quantity of each is the same. (1/3 of each fall will be serving 4 people)
