Step:
Heat pan and roast white sesame seeds/til. Roast them in a low flame carefully till the aroma comes out and it starts crackling.
Then keep it aside to cool down.
Heat thick bottomed vessel add jaggery. Sprinkle a little bit of water to cover jaggery. Stir it well so the jaggery melts. Allow this to boil. Boil it in the low to medium flame. Cook til it attains soft-ball consistency.
Add one pinch of salt to it. Once the jaggery reaches soft-ball consistency add roasted sesame seeds and mix well by continuously moving the spoon by your hand and remove it from the heat.
Allow it to 80% cool and it should be warm enough to handle to make laddus. Make laddoos.
Now, in your clean hand palm, brush some ghee and spread it on your hand palm. Start making round shape laddu and after giving it a round shape.
Put the ladoos on another roasted sesame seeds bowl so that some of those seeds will attached on the skin of laddus. It will make the laddus looking more delicious. It's not mandatory, just for Garnishing part and optional.
Sesame seeds laddu is ready to serve. Enjoy the sweet bengali cuisine.
