Step:
First, take a soaked urad dal wash in two time strain it, now transfer the jar add some little water blend it make a fine paste.
Now remove the bowl.
Now heat the wok with cooking oil then take a small portion of mixture now drop in hot oil.
Now deep fry until it becomes crispy and golden brown now remove the plates.
In a bowl take water, curd, chopped green & red chilli, cumin powder, black salt, salt to taste, some fresh curry patta, 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves mix it properly.
Now pour the fried bada
Now heat the frying pan then add mustard oil now add mustard seeds crinkle it then add curry leaf and tempered it prepared dhi vda keep it a side.
Now heat the wok take some oil then add cumin stir it few minutes then add chopped ginger &garlic stir it
Now add chopped onion,to taste salt stir it becomes translucent on lower flame
Now add all given spices and chopped tomatoes mix it well cook for 5 mins on lower flame.
Now take boiled potatoes cut in to small pieces then add and mix nicely sitr it few minutes
Now add water, pinch of sugar (optional) pinch of salt, dry red chilli now cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
Now at last garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
Now turn off the flame keep it aside
Now plating time take a bowl or plate then put on dum aalu then put on dahi vada now last garnish some sev and fresh coriander leaves.
It's done.

1 cup urad dal soaked overnight
1 bowl fresh curd
few Curry Leaves
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 chopped dry red chilli
2 chopped green chillies
Handful chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tbsp black salt
To taste salt
1 Small bowl sev
1 tbsp red chilli powder
as required Cooking oil for deep frying
1 glass water
1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
For For dum aalu
1 bowl preboild potatoes
2 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped green chilli
2 dry red chillies
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 glass water
Pinch salt (optional)
To taste salt
2 bay leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp meat masala powder
