Step:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl add the cream and heat in high power for 1 minute 20 seconds.
    Add rose syrup and icing sugar to the cream and mix well.
    Add milk powder and stir, you will notice that it binds immediately.
    Pour into nonstick tray or let it cool and and shape it using mould.

  2. 1 cup fresh cream
  3. 3/4 cup icing sugar
  4. 1/2 cup rose syrup
  5. Coloured food dust
