Wash ur carrot,peas,corn,pepper,onion and pepper chopped ur carrot onion and pepper
In a pan put little oil and fry ur carrot,peas,corn,pepper and onion 4 some minute add pinch of salt
Divide ur egg yolk and white in a mixer mix d egg white till creamy and fluppy
In a pan ht little oil add a pinch of salt to d egg yolk pour into ur pan and add ur veggies then add d creamy egg white on top
Cover to cook for 2 minutes dived into 3 and join together as u can see at d picture and taraaaaaaa is ready
So creamy and delish enjoy I use lemon just for plating bcos of d beautiful color
